We invite for the culinary journey to the sunny Mexico. Together with the participating children we will prepare a delicious Mexican quesadilla, one of the most characteristic dishes for this region!
Origins of quesadilla:
Quesadilla is a dish which is rooted deep in the Mexican cuisine. It comprises two thin tortillas stuffed with cheese and different ingredients such as chicken, vegetables, seafood. They are then folded in half and grilled until obtaining the right consistency.
What can we expect?
We discover the secrets of making an authentic Mexican quesadilla.
The children will have an opportunity to experiment with different types of cheese and stuffing and learn how to combine flavours.
We will build creative taste combinations together, forming our own unique quesadillas.
In the end, every participant will be able to taste their own culinary work of art.
What we provide:
All necessary ingredients and kitchen tools in order to prepare the quesadilla.
Recipes for quesadillas for the children to take home with them in order to surprise their families.
Beverages and snacks for the participants in order the maintain their energy at the highest level.
Workshops for children between 6 and 11 years of age. Duration: 70 minutes
Children should be under supervision of their parent or guardian during the workshops.
